UI/UX Designer

Visual Ideation & designing the web/ WAP sites, web pages & digital ad campaigns that are CREATIVE (out of box ideas) & INNOVATIVE, user-friendly, effective and appealing

Responsive UI designs/layouts & graphics for desktop & mobile sites

Design UI/ layouts strategically to improve the conversions

Design banners & emailers for various digital ad campaigns

Execute various visual designs for the web sites, e.g. graphics & illustrations, gif/ SVG animations, memes, cinemagraphs (small creative videos), etc as per the latest industry trends for the better user engagement & enhanced user experience

Convert layouts into HTML

Create wireframes & user flows to communicate interaction and design ideas

Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

Co-ordinate with agencies for various website tasks/ review web designs that are shared by agencies

Requirements

Desired Profile :

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator/ CorelDraw and other visual designing tools

Excellent understanding of UI/UX best practices

Experience in mobile specific UI designs & layouts

Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, bootstrap, Dreamweaver

Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies, including software & tools for web design

Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction

Creative problem-solving skills

Good interpersonal skills

Should be a quick learner& Internet savvy

Knowledge of 2D/ 3D animations will be an added advantage

Video editing will be an added advantage
